Q: What kind of products do you sell? We sell two types of products — print-on-demand physical items (t-shirts, mugs, phone cases) and instant digital downloads (SVG files, PNG designs, printable wall art, planners and more).
Q: Are your products made to order? Yes! All our print-on-demand products are custom made especially for you after you place your order. This means no two orders are rushed off a generic shelf — your item is freshly printed with care.
Q: Can I request a custom design? Absolutely! We love custom orders. Send us a message at support@zimalcreative.com with your idea and we will do our best to make it happen.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Q: How do I receive my digital download? Instantly! As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files will be available in your Shopify account under My Orders. Click Download Files to access them right away.
Q: What file formats are included? Most digital products include SVG and PNG files (with transparent backgrounds). Some products also include PDF and JPG formats. File details are listed in each product description.
Q: Can I use the designs commercially? Our digital downloads are for personal use only unless the listing specifically states commercial use is included. Please read the individual product description for license details.
Q: What software do I need to open the files? SVG files work with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape and Canva. PNG files work with almost any design or photo editing software.
SHIPPING
Q: How long does delivery take? Print-on-demand products take 2–5 business days to produce, then 5–10 business days to ship within the USA. Total delivery time is typically 7–15 business days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99.
Q: Do you ship internationally? We primarily serve the United States. International shipping may be available on select items — please contact us before ordering to confirm.
Q: How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Q: What is your return policy? Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will send a free replacement right away.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We are so sorry! Please email us at support@zimalcreative.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will take care of it immediately.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an item goes into production we are unable to make changes.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely through Shopify.
Q: Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We never store your card details.
