📦 Order Processing Time
All our print-on-demand (POD) products are made to order especially for you. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

Standard POD Products (T-shirts, Mugs, Phone Cases): 2–5 business days
- Digital Downloads: Instant — available immediately after payment is confirmed
Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays.

🌍 International Shipping
At this time, we primarily serve customers in the United States. International shipping may be available on select products. International orders may be subject to:
- Additional shipping fees
- Customs duties and import taxes (paid by the customer)
- Longer delivery times of 10–20 business days

💾 Digital Downloads
Digital products (SVG files, PNG files, printables, wall art) are delivered instantly via your Etsy or Shopify account after payment is confirmed. No shipping is involved.
- Go to My Orders after purchase
- Click Download Files
- Files are available for download immediately
If you have trouble accessing your digital files, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at:

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
❗ Shipping Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: Zimal Creative is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We will send a free replacement at no extra cost.
Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Zimal Creative is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@zimalcreative.com — we can only make changes before the order goes into production.
