All content on this website (designs, images, texts, branding) is owned by Zimal Creative.

Digital Product License

When you purchase from Zimal Creative, you receive:

  • A personal use license, unless otherwise stated
    You may NOT:
  • Resell the design files
  • Share or give away the files
  • Claim the artwork as your own

If you want commercial use licenses, please check the specific product listing or contact us.

Payments

All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors (like Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
You agree to provide accurate payment details when purchasing.

Digital Delivery

All Digital items are digital downloads only.
No physical product will be shipped.

Upon purchase, you will receive:

  • A download link via email
  • Files available under “Your Account → Downloads”

If you have an issue downloading, contact us.

Print on Demand / Physical Products

By purchasing from Zimal Creative, you agree to the following terms.

All PoD products are print-on-demand and made to order. Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order, as we are not responsible for customer spelling or input errors.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

All designs and content are the property of Zimal Creative and may not be copied or resold.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final.
However, if you have:

  • A damaged file
  • A missing download
  • A technical issue

We are always happy to assist and provide a corrected file.

Limitation of Liability

Zimal Creative is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect use of files
  • Software issues on your device
  • Printing errors caused by third-party printers

All designs are provided “as is.”

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted here with a new date.
